- 1 piece Chicken
- 100 ml Honey
- 100 ml Dijon mustard
- 100 ml Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, mix the honey, Dijon mustard, and mayonnaise together until well combined.
- Season the chicken with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Place the chicken in a baking dish and brush the honey mustard mixture generously over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice glaze.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
