Ingredients
- 1 piece Chicken
- 1 cup Rice
- 50 g Cheese
- 1 piece Carrots
- to taste Spices (Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a skillet, cook the chicken over medium heat until it's no longer pink. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- In a separate pot, cook the rice according to package instructions.
- Grate the carrot and add it to the cooked chicken.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, chicken, grated carrot, and cheese. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve warm and enjoy your cheesy chicken and rice casserole!
