Ingredients
- 1 piece Chicken
- 100 ml Honey
- 100 ml Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Garlic powder
- 1 g Fresh lemon juice
- 100 ml Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the honey, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, lemon juice, mayonnaise, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well to form the glaze.
- Place the chicken piece in a baking dish and brush the glaze generously over the chicken, making sure to coat evenly.
- Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the juices run clear.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve with your choice of side dishes.
