Honey Mustard Chicken with Garlic Beef

Ingredients

  • 100 ml Honey
  • 1 g Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 150 g Beef
  • 2 pieces Chicken
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
  • In a small bowl, mix the honey, mustard, and garlic powder to create the marinade.
  • Place the chicken pieces in a baking dish, and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they're well coated.
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the beef with salt and black pepper, then sear it for about 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.
  • Once the chicken is coated and the beef is seared, place both in the oven.
  • Bake the chicken for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through and the juices run clear.
  • Simultaneously, cook the beef in the oven for about 15 minutes, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.
  • Serve the honey mustard chicken alongside the garlic beef. Enjoy!
