Ingredients
- 100 ml Honey
- 1 g Mustard
- 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 150 g Beef
- 2 pieces Chicken
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
- In a small bowl, mix the honey, mustard, and garlic powder to create the marinade.
- Place the chicken pieces in a baking dish, and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they're well coated.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the beef with salt and black pepper, then sear it for about 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.
- Once the chicken is coated and the beef is seared, place both in the oven.
- Bake the chicken for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through and the juices run clear.
- Simultaneously, cook the beef in the oven for about 15 minutes, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.
- Serve the honey mustard chicken alongside the garlic beef. Enjoy!
