Cheesy Tomato and Carrot Bake

Ingredients

  • 50 g Cheese
  • 2 piece Tomatoes
  • 1 piece Carrots
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Slice the tomatoes and carrot thinly.
  • In a bowl, mix the sliced tomatoes and carrot with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and oregano.
  • Spread the vegetable mixture in a baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the cheese evenly over the top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the vegetables are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
