Ingredients
- 50 g Cheese
- 2 piece Tomatoes
- 1 piece Carrots
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Slice the tomatoes and carrot thinly.
- In a bowl, mix the sliced tomatoes and carrot with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and oregano.
- Spread the vegetable mixture in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle the cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the vegetables are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
