Ingredients
- 1 piece Chicken
- 100 g Broccoli
- 50 g Cheese
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 0.25 tsp Black pepper
- 0.5 tsp Garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces (or shred if it’s cooked). Season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Chop the broccoli into small florets. Steam or microwave for 3–4 minutes until bright green and slightly tender.
- In a baking dish, spread the chicken evenly. Add the broccoli on top.
- Sprinkle the cheese evenly over the chicken and broccoli.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
- Rest for 2 minutes before serving.
