Ingredients
- 1 piece Carrots
- 1 g eggs
- 100 g Cheddar Cheese
- 1 g tortillas
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Grate the carrot (using the whole piece) and set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk the egg with salt and black pepper (the egg is very small per your input amount).
- Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat and warm the tortilla.
- Add the grated carrot to the pan for 1–2 minutes, then pour in the whisked egg and cook until the egg is just set.
- Sprinkle the cheddar cheese evenly over the tortilla (and egg/carrot filling).
- Fold the tortilla in half and cook 1–2 minutes more, until the cheese melts.
- Cut into wedges and serve hot.
