Cheesy Hash Brown Casserole

Ingredients

  • 500 g hash browns
  • 100 g Bacon bits
  • 400 g cream of mushroom soup
  • 200 g cheddar shredded cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the hash browns, bacon bits, cream of mushroom soup, and half of the cheddar cheese.
  • Add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to the mixture and stir well until all ingredients are combined.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  • Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes, then cut into squares and serve.
