Ingredients
- 500 g hash browns
- 100 g Bacon bits
- 400 g cream of mushroom soup
- 200 g cheddar shredded cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the hash browns, bacon bits, cream of mushroom soup, and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to the mixture and stir well until all ingredients are combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes, then cut into squares and serve.
