Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them evenly with the spice mixture.
- Place the chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
