Ingredients
- 100 g Pasta
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 4 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
- 2 tablespoons Parsley
- to taste Salt
Instructions
- Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente.
- While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sliced garlic and sautu00e9 for about 1-2 minutes until golden brown, being careful not to burn it.
- Add the red pepper flakes and sautu00e9 for another 30 seconds.
- Drain the pasta, reserving some pasta water, and add it to the skillet with the garlic oil.
- Toss to combine, adding a splash of reserved pasta water if necessary to loosen it up.
- Add chopped parsley and season with salt to taste.
- Serve immediately, garnished with additional parsley and red pepper flakes if desired.
