Ingredients
- 3 piece Eggs
- 110 g Chicken breast
- 15 ml Avocado oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper
Instructions
- Begin by seasoning the chicken breast with salt and black pepper.
- Heat 10 ml of avocado oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the seasoned chicken breast to the pan and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden brown.
- While the chicken is cooking, crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them together.
- In another pan, heat the remaining 5 ml of avocado oil over medium heat.
- Pour the whisked eggs into the pan and gently stir, cooking until the eggs are soft and fluffy.
- Once the chicken is done, remove it from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Serve the scrambled eggs alongside the sliced chicken breast.
