Beef and Potato Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 150 g Beef
  • 100 g Onions
  • 1 cup Cooked rice
  • 150 g Thinly sliced potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Instructions

  • Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add the sliced onions and cook until they are translucent.
  • Add the beef and cook until it is browned.
  • Stir in the thinly sliced potatoes and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until they are slightly tender.
  • Add the soy sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper, and stir well to combine.
  • Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well coated and heated through.
  • Serve the stir fry over the cooked rice and enjoy!
