Ingredients
- 150 g Beef
- 100 g Onions
- 1 cup Cooked rice
- 150 g Thinly sliced potatoes
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the sliced onions and cook until they are translucent.
- Add the beef and cook until it is browned.
- Stir in the thinly sliced potatoes and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until they are slightly tender.
- Add the soy sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper, and stir well to combine.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well coated and heated through.
- Serve the stir fry over the cooked rice and enjoy!
