- 150 g Beef
- 1 g Black pepper
- 1 g Salt
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 medium Bell pepper
- 1 medium Onion
Instructions
- Slice the beef into thin strips.
- Season the beef with black pepper and salt, and let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the marinated beef to the pan and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Slice the bell pepper and onion, then add them to the pan.
- Stir-fry all ingredients together for another 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Adjust seasoning if needed and serve hot.
