Ingredients
- 100 g Cheese tortellini
- 100 g chicken
- 100 g Frozen peas
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 0.5 tsp Garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 0.25 tsp Black pepper
- 20 g Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- In a pot, bring water to a boil and cook the cheese tortellini according to the package instructions until al dente.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken and season with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook until chicken is no longer pink.
- Add frozen peas to the chicken and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until peas are heated through.
- Drain the tortellini and add it to the pan with the chicken and peas. Toss everything together until well combined.
- Serve hot, and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
