Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry with Rice

Ingredients

  • 150 g Beef
  • 100 g Broccoli
  • 1 piece Carrots
  • 1 cup Rice
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil

Instructions

  • Start by cooking the rice according to the package instructions.
  • While the rice is cooking, slice the beef into thin strips.
  • In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper.
  • Heat sesame oil in a wok or large pan over medium-high heat.
  • Add the beef to the pan and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until browned.
  • Add the broccoli florets and sliced carrots to the pan and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  • Pour the soy sauce mixture over the beef and vegetables, stirring to combine.
  • Cook for an additional 2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
  • Serve the beef and broccoli stir-fry over the cooked rice.
