- 150 g Beef
- 100 g Broccoli
- 1 piece Carrots
- 1 cup Rice
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Ginger
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
Instructions
- Start by cooking the rice according to the package instructions.
- While the rice is cooking, slice the beef into thin strips.
- In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper.
- Heat sesame oil in a wok or large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the beef to the pan and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Add the broccoli florets and sliced carrots to the pan and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Pour the soy sauce mixture over the beef and vegetables, stirring to combine.
- Cook for an additional 2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- Serve the beef and broccoli stir-fry over the cooked rice.
