Ingredients
- 150 g Beef
- 1 piece Carrots
- 50 g Cheese
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
- Thinly slice the beef into strips.
- Peel and julienne the carrot.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the beef strips to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add the garlic and sauté for another minute until fragrant.
- Add the julienned carrot and stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes until the carrot is tender.
- Pour the soy sauce over the mixture and sprinkle with black pepper. Stir well to combine.
- Finally, sprinkle grated cheese over the stir-fry and let it melt for a minute before serving.
