Cheesy Beef & Potato Skillet

Ingredients

  • 100 g 80/20 ground beef
  • 100 g Baby potatoes
  • 2 piece Tomatoes
  • 1 g Diced cherry tomatoes
  • 1 g Chopped onion
  • 50 g Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika

Instructions

  • Dice the baby potatoes and boil them in salted water until tender, about 10-15 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
  • Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
  • Season the beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Stir well to combine.
  • Add the boiled baby potatoes to the skillet, mixing them with the beef and onions.
  • Chop the tomatoes and add them to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  • Sprinkle the cheese over the top, cover the skillet, and let it melt for 2-3 minutes.
  • Serve hot and enjoy your cheesy beef & potato skillet!
