Ingredients
- 100 g 80/20 ground beef
- 100 g Baby potatoes
- 2 piece Tomatoes
- 1 g Diced cherry tomatoes
- 1 g Chopped onion
- 50 g Cheese
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
Instructions
- Dice the baby potatoes and boil them in salted water until tender, about 10-15 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- Season the beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Stir well to combine.
- Add the boiled baby potatoes to the skillet, mixing them with the beef and onions.
- Chop the tomatoes and add them to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle the cheese over the top, cover the skillet, and let it melt for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy your cheesy beef & potato skillet!
