- 1 Bag papa
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and peel the papa (potatoes), and slice them thinly into chips.
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced papa with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Toss the potato slices until they are evenly coated with the oil and spices.
- Spread the chips out in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving as a crunchy snack.
