Instructions
- Cook the rice according to package instructions.
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken piece with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika on both sides.
- Cook the chicken in the skillet for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Remove the chicken from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- In the cooked rice, stir in the cheese until melted.
- Serve the cheesy rice in a bowl, topped with sliced chicken.
