Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rice
  • 50 g Cheese
  • 1 piece Chicken
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika

Instructions

  • Cook the rice according to package instructions.
  • Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
  • Season the chicken piece with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika on both sides.
  • Cook the chicken in the skillet for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  • Remove the chicken from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  • In the cooked rice, stir in the cheese until melted.
  • Serve the cheesy rice in a bowl, topped with sliced chicken.
