Cheesy Carrot Pasta

Ingredients

  • 100 g Pasta
  • 1 piece Carrots
  • 50 g Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Oregano

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  • While the pasta is cooking, peel and chop the carrot into small pieces.
  • In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the chopped carrots. Sauté for about 5 minutes until they are tender.
  • Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and add it to the pan with the carrot.
  • Add the cheese, salt, pepper, and oregano to the pasta and mix well until the cheese is melted and creamy.
  • Serve hot and enjoy your Cheesy Carrot Pasta!
