Ingredients
- 100 g Pasta
- 1 piece Carrots
- 50 g Cheese
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Oregano
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- While the pasta is cooking, peel and chop the carrot into small pieces.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the chopped carrots. Sauté for about 5 minutes until they are tender.
- Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and add it to the pan with the carrot.
- Add the cheese, salt, pepper, and oregano to the pasta and mix well until the cheese is melted and creamy.
- Serve hot and enjoy your Cheesy Carrot Pasta!
