Beef Pasta with Tomato Sauce

Ingredients

  • 150 g Beef
  • 100 g Pasta
  • 2 piece Tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Basil

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente.
  • In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Add the beef to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
  • Chop the tomatoes and add them to the skillet, cooking until soft.
  • Drain the pasta and combine it with the beef and tomato mixture.
  • Sprinkle basil over the top and stir well.
  • Serve hot.
