Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken
- 1 cup Rice
- 1 cup Cheese
- 1 cup Carrots
- 2 piece Tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned.
- Add the carrots and diced tomatoes to the skillet and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the rice, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and evenly sprinkle the cheese on top.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
