Spiced Carrot Soup

Ingredients

  • 7 piece Carrots
  • 1 g Ginger (fresh or powdered)
  • 2 g Garlic (minced)
  • 1 l Olive oil
  • 1 g Salt
  • 0.5 g Black pepper
  • 1 g Cumin

Instructions

  • Peel and chop the carrots into small chunks.
  • In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and ginger to the pot and sauté until fragrant.
  • Add the chopped carrots to the pot and stir well.
  • Season with salt, black pepper, and cumin, then stir to combine.
  • Add enough water to cover the carrots and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat to low and simmer until the carrots are tender, about 20 minutes.
  • Blend the soup until smooth using an immersion blender or a regular blender.
  • Adjust seasoning if necessary and serve hot.
