Ingredients
- 7 piece Carrots
- 1 g Ginger (fresh or powdered)
- 2 g Garlic (minced)
- 1 l Olive oil
- 1 g Salt
- 0.5 g Black pepper
- 1 g Cumin
Instructions
- Peel and chop the carrots into small chunks.
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger to the pot and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the chopped carrots to the pot and stir well.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and cumin, then stir to combine.
- Add enough water to cover the carrots and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer until the carrots are tender, about 20 minutes.
- Blend the soup until smooth using an immersion blender or a regular blender.
- Adjust seasoning if necessary and serve hot.
