Spicy Beef and Bell Pepper Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • 150 g Beef
  • 100 g Canned diced tomatoes
  • 1 g Bell pepper
  • 1 g Chopped onion
  • 1 g Jalapeño sauce
  • 100 g Corn kernels
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika

Instructions

  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the chopped onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes until translucent.
  • Add the beef to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add the bell pepper, canned diced tomatoes, and corn kernels to the skillet.
  • Stir in the jalapeño sauce, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  • Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until all ingredients are well combined and heated through.
  • Serve hot and enjoy your spicy beef and bell pepper stir-fry!
