Ingredients
- 100 g 80/20 ground beef
- 100 g Bell pepper
- 1 g Corn tortilla
- 100 g Canned diced tomatoes
- 1 g Chopped onion
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Black pepper
- 0.5 tsp Cumin
- 0.5 tsp Chili powder
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add chopped onion and bell pepper to the skillet, and sauté until softened.
- Stir in canned diced tomatoes, salt, black pepper, cumin, and chili powder. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Warm the corn tortilla on a skillet or microwave.
- Serve the beef and vegetable mixture on the warm corn tortilla.
