Cheesy Carrot Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • 50 g Cheese
  • 2 pieces Carrots
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder

Instructions

  • Begin by peeling and slicing the carrots into thin sticks.
  • Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  • Add the sliced carrots and sauté for about 5 minutes until they start to soften.
  • Sprinkle in salt, pepper, and garlic powder and continue to cook for another 2 minutes.
  • Reduce the heat to low and add the cheese to the pan, stirring until it melts and coats the carrots.
  • Serve warm as a delicious cheesy carrot side dish.
