- 50 g Cheese
- 2 pieces Carrots
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
Instructions
- Begin by peeling and slicing the carrots into thin sticks.
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the sliced carrots and sauté for about 5 minutes until they start to soften.
- Sprinkle in salt, pepper, and garlic powder and continue to cook for another 2 minutes.
- Reduce the heat to low and add the cheese to the pan, stirring until it melts and coats the carrots.
- Serve warm as a delicious cheesy carrot side dish.
