Ingredients
- 100 g Broccoli
- 50 g Cheese
- 1 piece Carrots
- 1 cup Rice
- 1 piece Sweet onion
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
Instructions
- Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Chop the sweet onion and add it to the pan, sautéing until translucent.
- Chop the broccoli and carrot. Add them to the pan and stir for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender.
- Stir in the cooked rice, cheese, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well until the cheese is melted.
- Serve warm and enjoy your cheesy broccoli and carrot rice bowl.
