Ingredients
- 100 g Pasta
- 150 g Beef
- 2 piece Tomatoes
- 50 g Cheese
- 100 g Sliced mushrooms
- 1 piece Sweet onion
- 1 g Crushed garlic
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente.
- While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the chopped sweet onion and sliced mushrooms, sautéing until softened.
- Add the ground beef to the pan, breaking it apart with a spoon, and cook until browned.
- Mince the crushed garlic and add it to the pan, sautéing for another minute.
- Chop the tomatoes and add them to the mixture along with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Simmer for about 5-7 minutes until the tomatoes are softened.
- Drain the pasta and add it to the beef and tomato mixture, stirring well to combine.
- Serve with grated cheese on top.
