Beef Pasta with Tomato and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 100 g Pasta
  • 150 g Beef
  • 2 piece Tomatoes
  • 50 g Cheese
  • 100 g Sliced mushrooms
  • 1 piece Sweet onion
  • 1 g Crushed garlic
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente.
  • While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add the chopped sweet onion and sliced mushrooms, sautéing until softened.
  • Add the ground beef to the pan, breaking it apart with a spoon, and cook until browned.
  • Mince the crushed garlic and add it to the pan, sautéing for another minute.
  • Chop the tomatoes and add them to the mixture along with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  • Simmer for about 5-7 minutes until the tomatoes are softened.
  • Drain the pasta and add it to the beef and tomato mixture, stirring well to combine.
  • Serve with grated cheese on top.
