Ingredients
- 100 g Broccoli
- 1 cup Rice
- 50 g Cheese
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the broccoli. Sauté for about 5 minutes until tender.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, sautéed broccoli, cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle additional cheese on top if desired.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and serve.
