- 100 g Broccoli

Instructions
- Start by cutting the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sautu00e9 for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add chicken pieces to the skillet, season with salt and black pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- While the chicken is cooking, bring a pot of water to a boil and blanch the broccoli for 2-3 minutes until vibrant green and tender-crisp.
- Drain the broccoli and add it to the skillet with the chicken. Toss everything together.
