- 1 piece Chicken
- 2 pieces Tomatoes
- 1 piece Carrots
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Chili Powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375u00b0F (190u00b0C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and chili powder to create a marinade.
- Add the chicken piece to the bowl and coat it well with the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- While the chicken is marinating, chop the tomatoes and carrots into bite-sized pieces.
- Place the marinated chicken in a baking dish and surround it with the chopped tomatoes and carrots.
- Drizzle a little more olive oil over the vegetables and sprinkle some additional salt and pepper if desired.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165u00b0F (75u00b0C).
