Ingredients
- 1 lb Rice
- 5 piece Carrots
- 4 piece carne de cerdo
- 6 piece papa
- 100 Bag Cilantro
- 2 g cebolla
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
Instructions
- Start by cooking the rice. Rinse it under cold water and then cook it according to package instructions.
- While the rice is cooking, peel and chop the carrots and papa (potatoes) into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the carne de cerdo and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the chopped carrots and papa to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 10 minutes, or until the vegetables start to soften.
- Dice the cebolla (onion) and add it to the skillet. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the onion is translucent.
- Season the mixture with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and soy sauce. Stir well to combine all the flavors.
- Chop the cilantro and sprinkle it over the stir-fry just before serving.
- Serve the pork and vegetable stir fry over a bed of rice.
