Pork and Vegetable Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Rice
  • 5 piece Carrots
  • 4 piece carne de cerdo
  • 6 piece papa
  • 100 Bag Cilantro
  • 2 g cebolla
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions

  • Start by cooking the rice. Rinse it under cold water and then cook it according to package instructions.
  • While the rice is cooking, peel and chop the carrots and papa (potatoes) into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a large skillet or wok, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the carne de cerdo and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add the chopped carrots and papa to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 10 minutes, or until the vegetables start to soften.
  • Dice the cebolla (onion) and add it to the skillet. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the onion is translucent.
  • Season the mixture with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and soy sauce. Stir well to combine all the flavors.
  • Chop the cilantro and sprinkle it over the stir-fry just before serving.
  • Serve the pork and vegetable stir fry over a bed of rice.
