Cheesy Chicken and Broccoli Rice Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 piece Chicken
  • 100 g Broccoli
  • 1 cup Rice
  • 2 piece Tomatoes
  • 50 g Cheese
  • 1 piece Carrots

Instructions

  • Begin by cooking the rice according to package instructions. Set aside once cooked.
  • While the rice is cooking, heat a pan over medium heat and add the chicken. Season it with salt, pepper, and any spices you prefer (like garlic powder or paprika). Cook until the chicken is golden brown and fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes per side.
  • In the same pan, add the broccoli florets and diced carrots. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until they are tender but still vibrant in color.
  • Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the pan and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a serving bowl, combine the cooked rice, sautéed broccoli and carrots, and top with sliced chicken and diced tomatoes.
  • Sprinkle the cheese on top and let it melt slightly before serving. Enjoy your delicious cheesy chicken and broccoli rice bowl!
