Ingredients

  • 100 g Pasta
  • 50 g Cheese
  • 2 piece Tomatoes
  • 100 g Broccoli
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  • Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  • While the pasta is cooking, chop the broccoli into small florets and dice the tomatoes.
  • In a separate pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add the broccoli and sauté for about 5 minutes until it’s slightly tender.
  • Add the diced tomatoes to the pan along with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 3-4 minutes.
