Ingredients
- 100 g Pasta
- 50 g Cheese
- 2 piece Tomatoes
- 100 g Broccoli
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
- While the pasta is cooking, chop the broccoli into small florets and dice the tomatoes.
- In a separate pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the broccoli and sauté for about 5 minutes until it’s slightly tender.
- Add the diced tomatoes to the pan along with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with the broccoli and tomatoes. Toss to combine.
- Remove from heat and stir in the grated cheese until melted and well combined.
- Serve warm and enjoy your Cheesy Broccoli and Tomato Pasta!
