Ingredients
- 2 piece Tomatoes
- 1 piece Carrots
- 100 g Pasta
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 clove Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Basil
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- While the pasta is cooking, prepare the sauce. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Mince the garlic and add it to the pan, sautéing until fragrant.
- Chop the tomatoes and carrot into small pieces and add them to the pan.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and basil. Cook for about 10 minutes until the vegetables are softened.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce, stirring well to coat.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional basil if desired.
