Pasta with Tomato and Carrot Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 piece Tomatoes
  • 1 piece Carrots
  • 100 g Pasta
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Basil

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • While the pasta is cooking, prepare the sauce. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Mince the garlic and add it to the pan, sautéing until fragrant.
  • Chop the tomatoes and carrot into small pieces and add them to the pan.
  • Season with salt, black pepper, and basil. Cook for about 10 minutes until the vegetables are softened.
  • Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce, stirring well to coat.
  • Serve hot, garnished with additional basil if desired.
