Spicy Chicken with Salsa and Sour Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 piece Chicken
  • 100 ml Salsa and sour cream
  • 30 g Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
  • Rub the chicken piece with olive oil, then sprinkle paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper evenly over it.
  • Place the seasoned chicken on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
  • Once the chicken is done, remove it from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
  • Slice the chicken and serve it drizzled with the salsa and sour cream mixture.
  • Sprinkle grated cheese on top before serving.
