Creamy Moose Macaroni with Peas and Carrots

Ingredients

  • 250 g moose meat
  • 50 g Blue cheese dressing
  • 200 g Macaroni pasta
  • 100 g Carrot
  • 100 g Frozen peas
  • 100 g Cream cheese
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp Garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp Oregano

Instructions

  • Cook the macaroni pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, add the moose meat and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add the diced carrot and frozen peas to the skillet. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  • Stir in the cooked macaroni, blue cheese dressing, and cream cheese into the skillet. Mix well until the cheese is melted and everything is combined.
  • Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and oregano. Stir until well incorporated.
  • Cook for another 2-3 minutes to heat everything through.
  • Serve warm and enjoy your creamy moose macaroni!
