Ingredients
- 50 g Cheese
- 1 piece Chicken
- 100 g Broccoli
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat.
- Season the chicken with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Cook the chicken in the skillet until golden brown and cooked through. This should take about 6-8 minutes per side.
- While the chicken is cooking, bring a pot of water to a boil and blanch the broccoli for 2-3 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp. Drain and set aside.
- Once the chicken is cooked, chop it into bite-sized pieces and combine it in a baking dish with the blanched broccoli.
- Sprinkle 50g of cheese over the chicken and broccoli in the baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, and then serve.
