Ingredients
- 1 cup Rice
- 100 g Broccoli
- 1 piece Chicken
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
- Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
- While the rice is cooking, heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Mince the garlic and add it to the pan, sautéing for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and black pepper, and add to the pan.
- Cook the chicken until it is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- While the chicken cooks, steam or boil the broccoli until it is tender, about 4-5 minutes.
- Once the chicken is cooked, stir in the broccoli and mix well.
- Serve the chicken and broccoli mixture over the cooked rice.
