- 2 piece Tomatoes
- 50 g Cheese
- 150 g Beef
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the beef until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
- While the beef is cooking, chop the tomatoes.
- Add the chopped tomatoes to the skillet with the cooked beef.
- Sprinkle salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning over the mixture and stir well.
- Let the mixture simmer for about 5 minutes until the tomatoes soften.
- Sprinkle the cheese on top and cover the skillet until the cheese melts, about 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot.
