Cheesy Beef and Tomato Skillet

Ingredients

  • 2 piece Tomatoes
  • 50 g Cheese
  • 150 g Beef
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the beef until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
  • While the beef is cooking, chop the tomatoes.
  • Add the chopped tomatoes to the skillet with the cooked beef.
  • Sprinkle salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning over the mixture and stir well.
  • Let the mixture simmer for about 5 minutes until the tomatoes soften.
  • Sprinkle the cheese on top and cover the skillet until the cheese melts, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Serve hot.
