Beef and Vegetable Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • 150 g Beef
  • 1 piece Carrots
  • 100 g Broccoli
  • 1 g Caramelized onions
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Instructions

  • Begin by slicing the beef into thin strips.
  • In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  • Add the beef strips to the marinade and let sit for about 15 minutes.
  • While the beef is marinating, chop the carrot into thin matchsticks and cut the broccoli into small florets.
  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  • Once the oil is hot, add the marinated beef and cook for about 3-5 minutes until browned.
  • Add the carrots, broccoli, and caramelized onions to the skillet. Stir-fry for another 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  • Adjust seasoning if necessary, and serve hot.
