- 150 g Beef
- 1 piece Carrots
- 100 g Broccoli
- 1 g Caramelized onions
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
Instructions
- Begin by slicing the beef into thin strips.
- In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Add the beef strips to the marinade and let sit for about 15 minutes.
- While the beef is marinating, chop the carrot into thin matchsticks and cut the broccoli into small florets.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Once the oil is hot, add the marinated beef and cook for about 3-5 minutes until browned.
- Add the carrots, broccoli, and caramelized onions to the skillet. Stir-fry for another 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Adjust seasoning if necessary, and serve hot.
