Ingredients
- 1 piece Banana
- 100 g Kiwi
- 1 piece Lemon
- 1 piece Orange
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 5 leaves Mint leaves
- 1 pinch Cinnamon
Instructions
- Peel and slice the banana and place it in a mixing bowl.
- Peel and dice the kiwi and add it to the bowl.
- Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice over the banana and kiwi to prevent browning.
- Peel and segment the orange, then add the segments to the bowl.
- Drizzle honey over the fruit and sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon.
- Gently toss the fruit salad to mix the ingredients evenly.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
- Serve chilled as a refreshing dessert or snack.
