Ingredients
- 1 piece Chicken
- 100 g Pasta
- 100 g Broccoli
- 2 piece Tomatoes
- 1 piece Carrots
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- While the pasta is cooking, chop the chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and chicken pieces. Sauté until chicken is browned and cooked through.
- Add chopped broccoli, diced tomatoes, and sliced carrot to the skillet. Stir well and cook for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the chicken and vegetables in the skillet. Toss everything together and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve hot and enjoy!
