Chicken and Broccoli Rice Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 piece Chicken
  • 100 g Broccoli
  • 1 cup Rice
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Cook the rice according to the package instructions.
  • While the rice is cooking, heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Season the chicken with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper, then place it in the hot pan.
  • Cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  • In the last few minutes of cooking the chicken, add the broccoli to the pan and cover with a lid. Steam until the broccoli is tender, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Once cooked, remove the chicken and broccoli from the pan and slice the chicken.
  • Serve the rice in a bowl, topped with sliced chicken and broccoli.
