Ingredients
- 1 piece Chicken
- 100 g Broccoli
- 1 cup Rice
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
- Cook the rice according to the package instructions.
- While the rice is cooking, heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Season the chicken with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper, then place it in the hot pan.
- Cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
- In the last few minutes of cooking the chicken, add the broccoli to the pan and cover with a lid. Steam until the broccoli is tender, about 3-4 minutes.
- Once cooked, remove the chicken and broccoli from the pan and slice the chicken.
- Serve the rice in a bowl, topped with sliced chicken and broccoli.
