Ingredients
- 1 piece Chicken
- 100 g Broccoli
- 50 g Cheese
- 2 piece Tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a baking dish, drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the chicken in the baking dish and spread evenly.
- In a pot, steam the broccoli for 3-4 minutes until bright green and tender.
- Add the steamed broccoli on top of the chicken.
- Slice the tomatoes and layer them over the broccoli.
- Grate the cheese and sprinkle it over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
