Ingredients
- 4 cup Rice
- 100 g Broccoli
- 150 g Beef
- 3 piece Tomatoes
- 2 clove Garlic
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
Instructions
- Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear. In a pot, bring 8 cups of water to boil and add the rice. Cook according to package instructions until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- While the rice is cooking, cut the beef into thin strips. Season with black pepper and set aside.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and fry until fragrant.
- Add the beef strips to the pan and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add broccoli florets to the pan and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until bright green and slightly tender.
- Chop the tomatoes and add them to the pan, stirring to combine.
- Pour the soy sauce over the stir-fry and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Serve the beef and broccoli mixture over a bed of rice.
