Ingredients
- 100 g Gouda cheese
- 1 g Ketchup
- 100 ml Mayonnaise
- 2 slices Bread
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper
Instructions
- Start by toasting the bread slices until golden brown.
- Spread the mayonnaise evenly on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place the Gouda cheese on one slice of bread.
- Drizzle the ketchup over the cheese.
- Sprinkle a pinch of salt and black pepper on top.
- Place the other slice of bread, mayonnaise side down, on top of the assembled ingredients.
- Cut the sandwich in half and serve immediately.
