Creamy Baked Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 kg Baking potatoes
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 100 ml Sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons Chives

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • Wash the baking potatoes thoroughly and poke holes in them with a fork.
  • Place the potatoes on a baking tray and bake for about 45-60 minutes until they are tender.
  • In a bowl, mix the milk, sour cream, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.
  • When the potatoes are done baking, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly.
  • Cut the potatoes open, fluff the insides with a fork, and pour the creamy mixture over the potato flesh.
  • Top with chives and serve warm.
