Ingredients
- 1 kg Baking potatoes
- 100 ml Milk
- 100 ml Sour cream
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons Chives
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Wash the baking potatoes thoroughly and poke holes in them with a fork.
- Place the potatoes on a baking tray and bake for about 45-60 minutes until they are tender.
- In a bowl, mix the milk, sour cream, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.
- When the potatoes are done baking, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly.
- Cut the potatoes open, fluff the insides with a fork, and pour the creamy mixture over the potato flesh.
- Top with chives and serve warm.
