Ingredients
- 150 g Beef
- 1 cup Rice
- 100 g Broccoli
- 50 g Cheese
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
Instructions
- Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the beef to the pan and season with garlic powder and black pepper. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the broccoli to the pan and pour in the soy sauce. Cook for another 5 minutes, until the broccoli is tender.
- Serve the beef and broccoli mixture over a bed of rice.
- Top with shredded cheese and enjoy!
