Ingredients
- 1 cup Rice
- 150 g Beef
- 50 g Cheese
- 5 g Diced onions
- 4 g Frozen vegetables
- 9 g Red cabbage
- 9 g Green cabbage
- 2 piece Flour tortilla shells
Instructions
- Cook the rice according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, heat some oil over medium heat and add the diced onions. Sauté until translucent.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and your choice of spices.
- Stir in the frozen vegetables and cook for about 3-4 minutes until heated through.
- Mix in the cooked rice and combine well with the beef and vegetables.
- Add the cheese and stir until melted.
- Serve the mixture in flour tortilla shells, topped with shredded red and green cabbage.
